Jessica Fox Levy, MA, LCPC, is a graduate from The Adler School of Professional Psychology with a degree in Clinical Counseling.  Jessica has over 12 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families with a range of clinical disorders and regular adjustment issues.  Jessica specializes in working with children, adolescents and young adults work through anxiety and depression.  With a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy, Jessica helps her clients relieve symptoms in a goal oriented manner.  Jessica recognizes that each person and family is unique and takes a collaborative approach to treatment.  Jessica has worked with hundreds of families and helped coach parents on discipline techniques and communication skills amongst the family system.

Jessica is also stepping foot into the consultation world.  After having 3 babies of her own, Jessica has naturally decided to help parents sleep train and toilet train their children.  Aside from the behavioral aspect of these developmental milestones, Jessica recognizes the emotional side of helping these age appropriate tasks along from a parental perspective.

Jessica Fox Levy, MA, LCPC, believes it is very important to have collaborative care with each of her clients, involving the parents, pediatricians and family doctors, and schools when necessary  Jessica thinks that people want to be happy and stable at their core and may not always recognize the barriers holding them back from achieving this.  She wants to help people be the best versions of themselves and provide a safe space to be themselves, get validation, increase self esteem and find a relationship unlike others they have outside of the therapy room.
